Nickel Alloys Welding Consumables

Nickel 55 Stick Electrodes
For repair in all positions of materials with 55% nickel cast iron. This electrode produces welds with higher strengths and ductility than the straight nickel electrodes. Deposits are machinable, but harder and more resistant to cracks and abrasion than high-nickel welds. AC/DC (electrode positive). Preheating is mandatory on cast iron.

Nickel 65 Stick Electrodes
Premium nickel-iron alloy electrode (AC-DC). For gray and alloyed cast iron. 65 Nickel is for the repair of all types of cast iron. It yields dense, strong, yet totally machinable deposits. It is ideal for the repair of “Meehanite”, “Ni-Resist”, ductile iron and for the joining of cast iron to steel. Typical applications embody the repair of castings, housings, gear teeth, motor, machine bases, etc.

Nickel 99 Stick Electrodes
This high nickel content electrode is good for castings of light to medium weight. Welds are easily produced in all positions and the deposits are readily machined. AC/DC (electrode positive). Preheating is mandatory. Cool slowly in still air.
